Shipping Locations
We are pleased to offer shipping from Jacksonville, Florida, to anywhere in the world. No matter where you are, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and then received by the chosen carrier within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping option selected.
- Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 5-27 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-18 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
As we do our best to package orders, accidents do occur during transit. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally to all countries. However, certain restrictions may apply depending on the destination. The customer is responsible for understanding and adhering to their country’s import regulations.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy
Return Eligibility: We accept returns on items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, giftmallows@giftmallows.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact us immediately. Refunds can be processed for orders that have not yet been shipped.
Refunds After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, refunds are not available. Instead, you may return the item following our return policy guidelines.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
